Service Description
This fee covers the travel and logistical costs associated with bringing our professional detailing equipment to your location. Please note that if this fee is not added by the customer during the booking process, it will be charged on top of the final service fee at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Deposit Policy All deposits are 100% non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 15% of the total service cost, in addition to the loss of your deposit. Cancellations made within one hour of your appointment, or failure to attend or respond at the scheduled appointment time, will be treated as a no-show. In these circumstances, an additional fee equal to 25% of the total service cost will be charged, and your deposit will remain non-refundable.
